Sea in front, pine hills behind
The apartment faces south over the coast of Marbella. The Mediterranean fills the horizon from the living room, the covered terrace and the main bedroom, with the pine hills of Los Monteros in the foreground and, on clear days, the coast of Africa in the distance. Morning coffee and the evening light on the terrace are the reason to stay a season rather than a week.

The apartment
191 m² (Catastro), fully renovated in summer 2026: an open-plan kitchen with a quartzite island and breakfast bar, a bright living room with an 85-inch TV, and an 18 m² covered terrace facing the sea. Three bedrooms with new beds, and two bathrooms: the main one with a bathtub, walk-in shower and double washbasin, the second with a shower.
Interior-designed in a modern Mediterranean style: warm lime and sand tones, natural wood and linen, the Sahara Gold quartzite island, wood-slat headboards with soft indirect light, rattan and terracotta on the terrace, and the olive tree canvas above the sofa, which gives this website its colours. Everything is new from 2026 and chosen to be lived in for months, not looked at for a weekend.
Every bedroom has two single beds that join into a double, so the apartment works equally well for a couple with visiting family, two couples on a golf trip, or a family with children. There is a desk for remote work and fibre internet throughout.

Samara Resort
A low-rise resort on the pine-covered hills of Los Monteros, with gardens, 24-hour security and a concierge at the gate. Underground parking is inside the community.

Prices are per month for booking directly with the owner: {pct}% below what the same stay costs through agencies and portals, which add their fees. Holiday stays need two months or more; stays of one month are possible for work, study, medical or relocation purposes. Electricity and water are included up to a monthly allowance; the deposit is two months' rent.

Questions people ask
Is this a holiday rental?
No. It is a seasonal let with a written contract: two months or more for holiday stays, and from one month for work, study, medical or relocation stays. That is why the price is per month and not per night.
Can I book the same months every year?
Yes. Returning guests get first choice of dates for the following season.
Do I need a car?
Yes. The resort is on a hill; the beach, supermarkets and golf courses are 5 to 10 minutes by car. We can suggest rental companies with monthly rates.
Is it warm enough in winter?
The apartment faces south, the air conditioning also heats, and the resort has a heated indoor pool. Marbella winter days are usually between 14 and 19 °C.
What happens if something breaks?
A local key-holding company takes care of maintenance and emergencies during your stay.
Pets and smoking?
No smoking indoors. Small pets may be accepted on request.
